Stations & Station Dish Allocation Groups
Stations are configured to enable the routing of product items during the preparation process, items / orders move between each station until they reach the exit point and leave the kitchen. Stations are also used against the configuration of channels.

Not Routed - Entry Point - Exit Point: are all default system stations that are used within routing rules and cannot be removed from the configuration
Stations are required to configure Routing Rules and should be setup prior to configuring any routing
Adding New Stations

Select the Stations tab

Click Add

Select the Order Stage from the drop down

Station Allocation Groups
Station dish allocation groups provide an additional layer to routing where specific items can be routed to a different station compared to their course or prep stream settings. Any items that are to be routed separately are added within the groups by Aztec product Entity code and then added to a new routing rule, within the filters section.

Add New Station Dish Allocation Groups

Click Add

Enter required Station Dish Allocation Name

Enter the required Entity Codes into the Product ID entry box

Press <enter> or click the green + button

Click Save
Once the group has been created routing rules must be updated for this to take effect, ensuring that the rules with station dish allocation are assigned higher than the main rule for the other items
